Cage Free Eggs

Our hens are cage-free and love to travel around the hen house, to perch on roosts, and to lay eggs in nests. They are free-range and able to access the outside dirt, grass, and bugs. They are free to graze and scratch.

benefits of cage free eggs

When the hens are kept and fed more nutritiously, like being cage free and having access to pasture-free ranged, the higher nutritional value is passed to the egg. Good feed, sunshine, green grass, and the occasional grasshopper, bugs, and bucket of scraps and distiller grains give the chickens a well rounded diet.
